Off-Site Precision Fabrication
Every frame assembly configuration we produce is cold-rolled using top-grade galvanized structural alloy profiles. Because all components are calculated and manufactured in a climate-controlled factory layout, we can maintain rigid tolerances down to fractions of a millimetre—precision that traditional concrete blocks can simply never achieve.
Our Engineering Process
From individual structural stud layouts to complex multi-level residential layouts, our design desk works directly from architectural CAD designs. We structural map wall frameworks, joist cassettes, and steel roof structures to handle real-world Irish weather loads safely, while preventing any risk of interior wall plaster shifts or long-term structural frame settling.
